DISH partners to build 5G network
DISH and Vertical Bridge have inked a long-term deal to allow DISH immediate access to the extensive Vertical Bridge portfolio of towers, rooftops, transmission structures, and other site assets to deploy 5G wireless infrastructure.
The deal is seen as pivotal to allow DISH the coverage footprint it requires for the continued rollout of its 5G network.
Vertical Bridge is the largest private owner/operator of comms infrastructure in the United States, with over 300,000 sites across the 50 states and Puerto Rico.
DISH network development Vice President Dave Mayo described the partnership as invaluable due to Vertical Bridge’s experience, assets, and commitment.

If you are a T-Mobile customer, you are in luck; DISH Anywhere is included in Binge-On, so you have no data worries.
It should be noted, too, that the transfer functionality depends on a high-speed broadband connection and a Hopper 2 or 3 DVR. Your digital device must also be connected to the same WiFi network as your Hopper to transfer a recording. Your DISH account also has to be active to watch transferred recordings.
Some recordings may not be transferable due to programming limitations. Also, the Sling Adapter is not supported.
